Besides, nominated works are evaluated anonymously, and jurors are bound by their juror agreement, which makes the accolade more fair and impartial. Furthermore, the preliminary jury phase helps entrants present their work in the best possible light, and submissions are standardized so that entries are compared on merit rather than on presentation before the main judging. Following jury voting, votes are checked for anomalies, scores are standardized and normalized, and results are ranked meritocratically.
